Q CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE I’VE PLACED IT?
A If you have a change of heart, please email email@example.com or call 07 3366 7473, and we will try our best to assist you. Please keep in mind we have very efficient warehouse fairies who may have already processed your order. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, it’s yours. But you can check our returns & exchanges policy.

Q DO YOU RESTOCK?
A Yes! If your size or colour is unavailable in a particular style, we suggest registering your details by clicking the “request restock” button on the product page. We’ll notify you by email if the item becomes available.
Q WHAT’S THIS PRE-ORDER THING?
A We know you’re desperate to get your hands on our latest designs, so we give you the chance to secure your favourite new season style prior to its release. If you pre-order, it means you are paying in advance to secure an item from a shipment that is due to arrive soon. This means we won’t ship your item right away, but as soon as we receive it we’ll send it straight to you. You can get an estimated delivery time frame on a pre-order by checking the product description page. If you love it, we recommend pre-ordering to ensure you don’t miss out. Sometimes our most popular items will sell out before they even hit our warehouse, so it’s best not to risk missing out. If you order a pre-order style along with an item/s that is currently in stock, we’ll ship the available product/s immediately and the pre-order as soon as we receive it. Got more questions? Q HOW DO I CARE FOR MY FAVOURITE RLC PRODUCT?
A We provide care labels on all of our handbags, accessories, garments & homewares to ensure they keep their original quality. For garments that specify dry-clean only, we recommend the use of a specialty dry cleaner. If your garment is damaged because it was washed incorrectly we are unable to accept them back as a return.
